Just got this in from OCZ...

Looks like a relabeled Sunbeam. Even the fan grill is the same. Just has some caps over the ends of the heatpipes.

Honestly, if your CPU is putting out less than that, there's a thousand excellent coolers out there already that will keep your temps acceptable.

The vindicator actually performed poorly, as you will see in the upcoming heatsink showdown im working on in the air cooling thread.

Doesn't surprise me, I've never thought of ocz as top of the line, more as cheapo hold over, though they have occasionally came out with some good products

in all my testing the vindicator and ninja failed equally, the infinity was the best performer out of the 3 scythe products, ninja/infinity/mine however it wasnt by much at all.

I personally want to see how the hydrojet performs, or at least a few cryos in stock, didn't the ocz rep say they've shipped quite a few to the US already?

Does OCZ actually make money on heatsinks? They seem to take an "oldie but goodie," add funky colors, chrome, and their logo to it and price it $10 higher. (Copied ninja, and now the sunbeam/arctic cooler).
