Thermal Gap Filler Pads, where to buy?

I have been searching up and down the net looking for some thermal gap filling pad to purchase as an end user. It had to be at a minimum 3mm thick (not .3mm) and a decent thermal conductivity (>5W/m-K), I had all but given up until I found this...

Except I cannot find anywhere to purchase it, I am not a business and can't buy it directly from them. I don't really mind having to pay a semi-outrageous amount, since this won't be the last time I use it and know others that need it.

So if anyone can please help me find some of that exact "model", or some that at a minimum meets those specs, and is purchasable as an end user.... I would greatly appreciate it.

have you tried typing in [fs] then that model you might be able to find it if not then your outta luck there buddie cause specific stuff like that is hard to come by good luck with it.
