Shamino from Singapore and Kinc from Sweden got robbed (µ)

WE WOZ ROBBED LAST NIGHT in the parking space of Bowle (whatever) american restaurant & bowling alley, located some 300 metres from the Leipzig messe.

After the dinner, yours trully took a walk with Zikria of Mushkin fame to a brand new VW Passat Variant, only to find that the rear window was broken and that the contents of the trunk were emptied.

Two of the world's most famous overclockers, Shamino from Singapore and Kinc from Sweden could only join yours truly in disbelief when we saw the amount of damage......

Let me state the obvious and say it's not smart to leave all that in a car. That's why I hope this is just a hoax.

I hope thats a sick joke.

If its not, you have to wonder if someone at GC knew what car to look for, and had a vague idea what was inside

Holy crap that really sucks. I hope their at least manage to recover their papers...somethings are more important than OCing. (Believe it or not)

But in other news, hopefully the Kentsfield is still safe for '06, didn't see anything about it mentioned.

"And I will not by a VW" -> what does this have to with it

That line makes it sound like a hoax.

Why leave your passport in a car ?

Hopefully word gets around the OC community, so if this wasn't a random crime, anyone trying to move those very high end parts gets reported to the authorities. In the meantime hopefully this incident doesn't kill the fun out of the trip entirely.

do theinq writers think they're funny, reporting news in such a way? can't they write proper english or am I missing all the funny parts because I am no native speaker?
they're no comedians but they try to be funny and want that people still take their rumours seriously, ain't that stupid...
