    DDR3 Full Specs List(Wannabe)

    Hello Xtreme ppl !

Even if it very early for such a list i gathered all the specs from the Dram companies and i made the following list.
The list has most of the specs, except the ost important, the ICs used on the modules. But this is the hard section of this list.
So, i am asking your help/knowledge to fullfill this list as good as we can.

The list works like this .
It has the Module Name/part number/operation voltage/timings/company and IC(where it is known of course :p )

If you know something for sure and you are 100% sure about the IC(photo needed to be sure 100% too), please post it to make the list 110% accurate

Thanks for the patience and happy reading..

When Mercedes brought their C111 to Talledega years ago and blew away the closed course record did it count? Yes..
That was a "factory" car and a "one of" that no one could buy and was never sold.
Records are records and that is a fact so get over it.

    Super Talent W1333UX2G9 2GB DDR3-1333 9-9-9-21
    and
    Super Talent W1866UX2G8 2GB DDR3-1866 8-8-8-24

    You have the ES modules?

W1866UX2G8 2GB is in the list ( on the bottom ), specs pdf linked as well ( http://www.supertalent.com/datasheet...UX2G8_spec.pdf )

The W1333UX2G9 now isn't, I'm sure it was ( at least when I've first received that kit ).
Maybe they're going to replace it with better DDR3-1333 kits using the 13G chips from Qimonda ?

I'll ask my contact later on [ don't expect a reply b4 Monday though ]

Good work. Just one thing: You mixed up Corsair's XMS P/Ns.

    Corsair PC3-8500 has a P/N of XMS1007
    Corsair PC3-10666 has a P/N of XMS1309

    Not the other way around.

    The first two digits indicate the clockspeed: 10 = 1066MHz, 13 = 1333MHz.
    The last digit indicates the CAS latency: 7 = CAS7, 9 = CAS9, etc.

As always I will be maintaining a DDR3 RAM List, as I did for DDR and DDR2.

Unlike my DDR2 RAM List, let's work together to find more ICs. This way we can help others even more.

    Kind regards.

Winchip => All Elpida for the moment (same 1600 c8)
Geil Pc8500 = Elpida principaly (but it test Micron Z9/D9 for serveral sample )
    Kingston Pc1375 c7 = Elpida
    Chaintech 1066/1333 = Elpida (Sample)
    CellShock 1600/1800 = Micron D9GTR
    STT 1866 c8 = Micron D9GTR

STT 1866 c8 is certified with 8-8-8-24 or not Tras 21 but it's problem with protocole of Test on STT = 30min of Memtest 1.70v is not good , because i don't stable under Windows (1H10 with Memtest but not superpi 8mo under Windows ) (i test on P5K3 and Blitz Extreme , same problem , same not good P5K3 , no boot windows on 1800 c8 )

    And (STT product

    W1066UB1GQ DDR3 1066 = QIMONDA
    W1066UB1GE DDR3 1066 = ELPIDA

    Thank for your list

Also noticed Crucial have started listing DDR3 for sale from their site:- http://www.crucial.com//store/listmo...800~/list.html

I hope prices start falling soon, it's not worth looking at with the prices as they stand.
