    "mega" fan controller

looking for help or could anybody point me in the right direction to a link or any help full information on a Custom fan controller?

Here is what I am looking for--> A Var.(7v-13v+)fan controller with 4 lines that can handle 40w each line and 3a that could fit into a drive bay (if it takes up 2 that's ok)

Long story short here I would like run some special fans I have purchased there made by
Sunon model PSD1212PMBX there fans for exhaust on HP servers, rated @36w 3a 198cfm. Having a quiet computer is not an issue but the cooling is what I am after.
Also having higher rpm fans turned down makes the noise not as high pitched & if you want extra cooling for any reason then you can have that.

If you could please help me figure this out, I have been searching for two weeks now with no luck on info for a "mega fan controller"

Basically do what he said ^ and put them in a pretty enclosure. Checking Digi-key or Mouser might make them cheaper, but a little bit more work.

I'm almost always available on Steam to chat. Same username.

I have looked at the ones at Digi-key but i didn't know what ohms to get, I am sure there is a formula to figure it out.
