USB problem on kt7-raid and winxp (shuting down?)

i reinstaled windows xp like 1 week ago and i just discovered something weird...
when i boot in everything work fine the first time i play gta3 lets say .. i can use my logitech and/or my microoft gamepad..
but if i exit and then comme back use just doesnt suply anypower to both gamepad.. no light on ..

i have to reboot to get them again very anoying
anybody can help on this one please!

Alright after cheking the computer trougly i figured out thats it was the Logitech driver doing this and also preventing my computer to shutdown or reboot (error saying something trying to write to reg while shuting down)

bizare trought before i reinstaled windows i ad those same driver/software without any trouble..
