is there a way to get 509mhz CL4 stable?

thanx for your time for reading this...

so, i have this pair of Corsair matched pair of 666mhz cl4 2*1024MB 1.9V
i tested it for long time and they ARE 100% stable at 509mhz 5-4-5-9 2.275V
they have run like this for <1year HS never gets hotter than 43C (small fan pointing at it)
few weeks ago i changed cpu for a Brisbane, and now the mem can boot at 509mhz 4-4-5-9 2.3V but its to as stable as i wish
it errors out in memtest test #6 with ~5errors per run. sometimes loads windows and run fine till i run smth mem heavy.
before with Windsdor it was a no boot, now it boots.

so, any DDR2 AMD expert willing to help? i really want this either 4-4-5-x or 4-5-5-x 24/7 stable

it can be a little tweak or big tweaking... impossible is not an option here on XS aint it?
So i as you fellow Xtremer's for help

corsair stated them as elpida 100nm chips
what volts are "safe" for them, if temp is at reasonable level?

well, i think 2.3v is a bit much for 24/7, unless they have onboard voltage regulation like the promos. get some cheap D9.

dunno, but im running them at this volts for 1year, and they still fine and works like charm. im thinking of trying 2.5V just for heavens sake... or 2.4V to start
if its like cpu, the bigger the procces (0.65 to 0.9) the higher volts it can take, then it should be ok...

As long as you can afford to replace them, go for it.

I wouldn't waste a good set of ram tbh. If you give them 2.5v 24/7 they will die for sure, probly in a matter of weeks. You need to consider at what voltage do you want 509 MHz 4-4-4-x? If i were you i'd be looking for a set that will do it at <2.2v for 24/7 use. I would recommend Ballistix Tracer or non-tracer's as from what ive seen most do 500 MHz 4-4-4-x at 2.1v, all 3 sets of eva2000's did. 509 should be doable at 2.1v with better timings than you'll 'settle' for.
I have a set of Corsair 8500's and im at 490 MHz @ 4-4-4-12, they do 520+ same voltage & timings bench stable (i havent tested a lot yet) so there's another option.
