Giga P35 DS4 wont install sound drivers?

Everything worked fine, but reinstalled Windows yesterday, used xpress install on the driver CD and...the sound drivers wont work. I downloaded the newer ones, thinking maybe there was a nick on the CD, but they wont install.

The install progress bar gets 3 bars from the end, then gives me a failure message. I tried the disk version as well just by themselves and the same happens.

A bit random. Nothing in my setup has changed.

    Any ideas welcome

    Cheers!

Update: If I disable azalia code in BIOS the drivers will install, but still no sound (no errors though). If I then go to BIOS and re-enable Azalia, no sound and error messages to go with it.

Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree
