    just quick question, i have 2*1024MB Twin2X 675 cl4 memory kit, rev 6.3
    they are app 1year old
what are the chances that when i now buy the same kit, i will get 6.3 rev too? and the kit will hit 500mhz easily??
i wanna go 4Gigs, but dont want to sell this and buy new one. is it possible ?

50/50, the only way to know for sure is to install and test. Also, there is no guarantee any DDR675 kit will hit DDR1000. If you have the option, I would suggest you buy a 2 x 2gb kit if you want 4gb of memory.

ok, and the possibility that it will be rev 6.3 kit?
coz 6.3 have different chips than others rev., and mine hit 509mhz pretty easy at 5-4-5-9 timings

I have absolutely no way to predict what revision you will get. Sorry.
