Decent pics of 2010 Porsche Panamera

    http://jalopnik.com/cars/spy-photos/...ght-281932.php

Is it just me or it looks very strange. From the side, it reminds me of Dodge Magnum...

Looks like a Pontiac. Not that a Pontiac looks bad or anything but if I throw down $80K for a Porsche I want it to look like a Porsche.

I'd say it kinda looks like a 350Z from the back, with a teensy Porsche spoiler.

You guys are all pretty much right. I see Dodge Magnum from the side window, Pontiac Sunfire/Nissan 350z from the rear and...Mazda RX-8 from the front.

Who agrees? Any way you look at it though, it's ugly.

The G8? I hope you're not saying that about the G8. The G8 might be the sexiest family sized sedan ever.

Listen.. at the end of the day, a Pontiac.. is... a Pontiac.. This is a Porsche. Is there even a basis for comparison?

I much rather have a Mercedes sedan, but its hard to match the efficiency and power of a Porsche engine. Remember that the basic 6 cylinder engine goes into the GT3 and GT2. The 10 cylinder engine goes into the Carerra GT. If they were to have a model with that 10 cylinder engine, a lot of people would be eating crow. People said the same thing about the Ferrari Scaglietti 612 upon release, about the 612 being a traversty, about the 612 looking real ugly, and yet the 612 was faster than most sports cars.

I am expecting a highly underrated detuned 550 hp V10 engine, and Porsche's performance specs are highly conservative. I expect 0 to 60 times below 4 seconds and a top speed of 210 mph.. and the SL65, M5 or Maserati won't even come close, never mind a Pontiac

That's about all I have to say.

yes! the looks of it ?

it ain't looks like a porsche might feel like but when u get in and out of your porsche u'd expect atleast a familiar design, a porsche style of look.

    nada in our case.

porsche should give u warmth just upon looking on it.

    not here mister!

I'm sorry but am I looking at the same car?! The G8 looks better than the Porsche... right. Fed up of everytime I see a post about a good exotic sports car theres a million people showing up with their "look what I can get for 1/3rd the price". I actually don't care and I especially don't care if that product has the looks of the G8, god my eyes hurt after just looking at that thing.
Thanks for the laugh though, if anything
