Just desolder the old one's and solder new one's on it?
How I usually recap:
Note the polarities of the caps
Pull the caps off their leads (it leaves 2 metal spikes soldered from the board sticking up)
Desolder the metal spikes/poles
Put new caps in with correct polarity
Solder new caps
That's how I do it, anyone feel free to correct/criticize the step about pulling the caps off, not sure if thats the 100% correct way to do it

I usually don't pull the caps off their leads.
I usually take off the leads along with the caps at once.
Just heat up the backside of the board where the leads end and slowly pull the cap on that side then switch till the whole thing is off.
The reason I do it this way is because if you just pull the cap off u don't know whether the leads will come out or break off. If they break off very close to the board it becomes really hard to take off.
Then when u put the new leads of the caps back in, put a little bit of solder on them before you put them back. You most likely will need to heat up the hole in the board to get them back in. Then just solder the ends on the back. You can also solder the top side but then you would have to make sure the cap isn't too close to the board. If you left the cap high off the board then just electrical tape them when ur done.
This is just how I do it, I'm not a pro or anything but I've had 2 do it a bunch of times.

I usually have problems trying to heat the leads and pull them out while the cap is still in place, maybe because my crappy soldering iron is from radioshack and has a horrible tip
