Would anyone know if this is a decent OC'able batch?

I don't need to OC any higher, nor OC my GPU, as all my games (S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Penumbra, COD 2, FarCry, Call of Juarez) run on MAX settings with killer framerates (avg. 55 FPS per a quick Fraps run in Stalker)

you could've just bumped your original thread on this matter. I'm telling ya that it's a crapshoot as of late. I really hope it does well for you but don't expect 3.6ghz.

From what i have seen here the 'good' one's can do that on stock voltage. So not 'good' but not too bad either.may i know if an E6600 that needs 1.47v @ 3.2ghz is a good one?

31C for idle temp is just fine.

That's actually a pretty terrible processor. As GripS said, most halfway decent E6600's do that with stock voltage.may i know if an E6600 that needs 1.47v @ 3.2ghz is a good one?

I had a bad feeling about the proc, when my friend got his e6600 to 3.6ghz with the same voltage.
I just wanted to know it its a really crappy one or an average one.
