High capacity fan controller(s)

I have alot of fans in my compy---but I need to slow them down. The fan controller must be compact, yet support up to 10-13 fans (all the way from 40mm to 120mm).

this controller can handle ur fans and it is the best u can buy

Well i think you could get a sunbeam rheobus, it can handle 30w per each channel and it has 4 channels, but you would wan to use a a single rail to power it though. Or get two of them, only like $15 a piece.
