    The Celtic Chainsaw Massacre !!

I've deciced its time to start showing off my new project "The Celtic Chainsaw Massacre", so far, theres been a Welsh dragon laser cut into the side panel and the interior has been anodised red (except the mobo which is going to be painted) and the outside "Splash" anodised in black and red (originally i wanted white/green - white cant be done ! Then red/green but apparrantly that produced some s**t brown side effect so red on black it is !). The anodising was sorted for me by Tom over at Chilled Pc in the UK. Its going to be an air cooled project that will unfold over the next few weeks but i loved the look so much i wanted to post today !! Thoughts and ideas appreciated folks !

Thanks to Tom at Chilled Pc for the Pic,s, i'll have the case back mid-week and will post more !!

Dang! Nice case! But, since you made it blood red, I would have themed it Gears of War style.
    But that's just me.

Wow, I've never seen anodize that looks glossy before, didn't know it was possible. Yeah it's very Gears Of War-esque alright, great stuff.

Beautiful case you've got there. Gears would be a good theme for that.
Mobo painting can be done; it just takes a lot of patience. Metku has a little thing on it. [It's for video cards but it's still the same]

damn. damn. damn. That case is beyond sweet (makes me jealous because I've been planning a black red case too, and now there's like a boatload of them in all the forums)! But why do you tease us so? Come on d00d, show us the inside too! You can't tell us, 'oh the inside is anadised red too' and then not show us anything. Don't treat me so bad!

The red anodized interior looks absolutely stunning, as does the polished red and black on the outside. Red and black go together very well.
    Keep it coming, and hurry

Ok, finally got some time to start some of the things i wanted to do with the case, i'm still waiting for parts so some small updates for the cause !!

I want to cut the motherboard tray lip so that i can neatly hide the power and eide leads so the shaded areas are to come off, and so to the jigsaw :-

Unfortunatley the jigsaw was broken so lets go old school ! :-

A couple of people mentioned seeing the insides of the case so here is the anodised interior :-

And the belly of the beast :-

I decided to mount the nice Yate Loon in the Scythe Kama bay and the black Scythe fan in the roof of the case with a nice Chilled Pc rad grill to finish it off !:-

I decided early on i wanted to glue the perspex to the side panel to keep the outside panel lines clean so here is the finished result :-

I also thought i'd spray the pci blanking plates and remove the graphics and other cards backing plates and spray them all black :-

    And re-assembled :-

More to come soon as the parts arrive !! Apologies for the slightly fuzzy pics, i left my good camera at work !!
