    Save Voltage ?

    Ok I have a p965 Chipset on a P5b-deluxe and i am running my ram actively cooled at 2.30v @ DDR1030. Is this safe.

    Safe voltage... There is none. D9 dies at sub stock for some people. I've lost three sets at under 2.3v. My set that spent a lot of time at 2.8v lasted the longest of my 4 dead.

    Ive used 2.0~2.2v for daily use and up to 2.65v for benching without problems so far.

    1.9-2.1 depending on what I'm doing for 24/7 or light gaming. Upwards of 2.5 if I'm Benching.
