Peltiers and Condensation

Okay, I'm building a new system with some custom case mods, windows and such. I'm also getting a water cooling system. I've been looking at peltiers for a while but I was told over at MadOnion.com that they cause condensation and I shouldn't bother. Well, I'd like to get some Xtremers opinions. I want to do some heavy overclocking on my Tbred that I'm getting. Questions are...
1) How hard is it to condensation proof my stuff? Any links would be appreciated.
2) What sort of information do I need to find on a peltier to determine how well it is. I've noticed peltiers from 80W or so to 226W... Is the 226W the highest and the best?
3) What does potted mean?
4) How hard is the installation of the peltier?

1) It's not hard. The best guides are at Pro Cooling If you want to send an email to colin@bubblephoto.com , I will send you some photos on how I do it. With four different pelt rigs, I have yet to have a condensation problem. YMMV.

3) Potted means the pelts edges have been sealed. Buy a potted pelt.

thats pretty good we both sent him to the same place, what are the odds in that happening twice!

Confusing stuff. Maybe I'll just stick with watercooling to start and then add a pelt later....
