What memory speed to get with 6600 OC on air?

I'm building a new system and I'd like to know where I can expect the CPU to end up. I am going to use a P5K and I think an E6600. I'm also going to use the Antec 900 (with the huge fan) and Zalmans huge 9700 cooler.

Does the 6700 have better performance or longer lifetime?

Does 1066DDR support this setup better than 800DDR?

Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Just look around, 3Ghz shouldn't be much of a problem even with a DUD.

Performance really depends on the type of application and the rest of your system, I need to figure out some stuff but I beat (If I read right and benched my system using the same settings) some 6600/6700's running at the same speed or even faster (I'm running a 2160).

Lifetime should be similar as they're all tested in a similar way.

JDEC specs only include DDR2-800, all else beyond that is basically OC'ed DDR2 whatever. I bought PC6400 with Micron D9GMH chips as they're likely to run at....well, much higher specs at 2.xxV.
