Advice on Rad/Fan setup in a LL PC75....

I'm just trying to figure out where and how to setup the fans in this case i'm gonna buy. I'd like to keep the bottom drive bay so i'm looking to mount the rad at the top. I have 2 options though, for one I can cut a 120mm blowhole in the top and mount it that way, and the other is with a custom back plate that uses a 120mm hole above the power supply mount. I'm looking to make this computer quiet and good for overclocking so where would you put fans, and how would you have them setup (intake/exhaust)? This is what I was thinking...

    2 front 80mm intake
    2 rear 80mm intake
2 120mm push/pull on rad, intaking from the top
Either 1 120mm or 2 80mm's exhausting above the psu

Do you think this will be quiet using fans that are no higher then 30dba? I plan on using a Dtek heatercore, hydor L30, good 1.2" tubing, bayres, and blocks for the cpu, vga, and possibly chipset. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It depends what do you mean by quiet, even with 30dB fan the noise will add up and become noisy but i think you should be able to stand it

well I'd like it quieter then my current rig which consists of the following for cooling....

    6 80mm 28dba fans including 2 psu.
1 80mm TT Smartfan 2 full speed (it even sounds kinda loud even when this is turned right down)
And besided that there is only the video card and chipset fans.

I was also thinking of using a rheobus and making the 80mm's i'm going to use in the new case a little quieter. It's not like I need them to push that much air anyway.

If you switch some 80mm to 120mm you can have the same cfm for less noise indeed, a rheobus might be helpful.
You can also run them @7V, it works pretty good

Well I'm going to work on a LL PC75 project too... I did all measurements... the radiators are going to be airplex stuff...

this is a normal looking lian-li pc 75:

Then I'm going to mod the inside a bit:

gonna do the plate that covers the PSU away, remove the 8hd bay... , going to put hd's in the floppy bay +watercool them

This is the placement of the rads... everything fits perfectly !

(nm the innovatek names, its airplex all the way, from www.aqua-systems.de )

Bleam, don't you think that is overkill? 4 rad, there won't be any change in temp. Unless you put them in series with low cfm fans to cut noise
