hey all!

been taking photographs for a while (posting on another forum)
thought id share some of my macros

All handheld with a Nikon d300s + Sigma 150mm Macro
I havent taken many shots in a while (due to work), but im hoping to get back in the game soon

I got the 100mm waiting for it to arrive to Panama soon, the sharpness and definition is amazing I am amazed by the picture

Yeah, my wife had a bunch of these given to her by her grandpa when he was alive. So she has a big pouch of really interesting coins, one of which is a silver dollar and then a bunch of these 50 cent pieces. All of the 50 cent pieces that I've seen have President John F. Kennedy on them. I don't believe that they mint these anymore, however...

Which Tamron lens is it? I have a buddy who has their 90mm macro and gets some awesome shots.

Tamron 90mm macro is a nice lens from what I hear. I've never used it but the photos I've seen are sharp and clear with good color contrast. I recently picked up a nice canon 100mm macro a couple months ago. It's sooooo much nicer than using the close up lenses that I was using (on the pics above). Then again it was $600 vs the $80 close up lenses, so it should be nicer.
