Comodo Firewall

Hi, here's the deal. So i uninstall zonealarm free after hearing how great comodo is, but now i'm having some problems.
With some applications i tell it to remember "allow" but it asks me again the next time Like BF2142, i clicked "allow", but i didn't freakin remember! I check the programs list and instead it made two logs for "bf2142.exe - allow" wtf???
Then after a crash i had to do the same for "punkbusterA" and "punkbusterB" so i decide to "allow all" whenever i'm playing online, problem solved right? Well i was good for awhile, until today. Once again i get in game and Punkbuster tells me "losing important packets" and i get booted. Should i uninstall this again or can someone help me out?

1. Open Comodo and go to Application monitor
2. Choose program that you want to bypass fw and then press edit button
3. Select "Skip parent check" & "Allow all activies for this application"
4. Select "Allow invisbile connections" & "Skip advanced security checks"
5. Press Ok and you'r done
