Are those mods work for P5K PRO aswell? Specially Vcore and Vdroop? No need for PLL/Mem etc.

I don't think, that you can use the Mods for the P5K Pro, but here you can find a V.Core Mod...

Just a heads up to those inquiring about vDroop. I know I posted somewhere on back in this thread about my solution.

I did the pencil mod, only to see a minor change in my vdroop. I did some reading, and found that people were commenting on wild vdroop after updating to a BIOS after 0602. I found and installed the older 0602 bios on my mobo. Vdroop has been minuscule ever since.

I'm also a newbie in this multimeter thing.

The measure points are just one point. Where I put the second lead from my multimeter?

It's amazing - a good board that does not have much info in net. No read points, no vmods....

Ahem, I just did the pencil mod for the vdrop and after that I had no power to my mobo. The light did not come on, nothing. I definitely grayed in the right thingo'. I made sure of that. I rubbed it off and after a few shots I have power again. Should I set everything in the bios back to default first?

I went to this thread to find info on this board. It's a good thread except that the read points are vague. So I sorted this out. The lead points are at these points I've circled in red for vcore read. The best way to solder to them is from the back of the board. I will post another picture later when I don't have the board setup. A good ground point is at the mb fastening point. Like where you screw the mb to your case. That's really a good ground point for any mod you do. If you're doing the hard mod there is no sense of doing the pencil mod. I know it's old hardware but it just so happens I'm benching old hardware. lol
