    Asus P5K Vanilla @150$ broke Fsb 600 Stable !!

    Hi All

    i recieved my new P5K vanilla (buy Seller french , not prétested) yesterday and i test my great E6600 (589mhz max fsb stock Air) = Ex WR ( http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=136681)

    I test stock bios origin (0202) and my configuration :

    Cpu : E6600 L630A938
    Mb : Asus P5K Vanilla bios 0202
    Ram : 2x1go Geil Pc8500 c5
    Cg : Asus 7800GT
    Ps : OCZ 1kw ProXstream
    Cooling : Waterchiller Rotary 1kw (Liquid -33&#176

    Very, very nice board and great ram and CPU aswell !!

    Looks like the issue with C2D CPUs showing weird behaviour on non stock multi is gone with this generation of boards.
    Would be interesting to see more board/cpu combos.
    Maybe you are just lucky and you received a godlike board

    Nice results you have there. I came close to that 1M run on my 975 chipset with my E6600 running 9x400. Was hoping these would do better. I need to look over the other benchmarks more. This may be worth getting.
