It is with a shuttle SD37P2V2 whit cpu at stock 2.66gig and my Inno3d 8800gts 320mb set at 648mhz core and 1022mhz mem stock cooling but fan at 100%

Yeah, that's nice. Little question "AGP Rates (Current/Available) 8x / N/A" <- does tha mean your on PCI-E 8x or is that a buggy wuggy in 3D Mark 2006?
