Question iceberg4 or zalman for chipset?

Which would be better for cooling a north bridge?

The Zalman ZM-NB32J North Bridge Heatsink with a 60mm 22cfm fan, or the vantec iceberg4 pro?

so zalman + fan should be a good combo? It is nice and cheap too. $7.75 for the zalman and fan over at svc.com... great prices over there.

vga/chipset. It is realy crappy though. costs alot of money for a tiny copper sink with a horrible fan. It is almost as bad as stock cooling on either a vid card or chipset. You could be like me and put a stock intel hsf on your gpu, and a stock amd hsf on your nb.
This is on my old machine, I am going full pelts on my new one :banana4:

you could use screws like any othe rheatsink, eithe ruse big screws or small screws but squeeze the fins in on each corner.

Only one pin of an Iceberq 4 will fit. I had one on my NB but it couldnt really handle it.. even when i ripped out the inards and put a good 40mm fan on it. It's basically a thin copper plate with fins on like 10% of it and it even has 3 holes in the plate that would create some very hot spots on the nb.

    I cannot control my vocabulary

I found this pretty big cpu hsf to put on my nb. I am going to try putting an sk6+ on my nb on my new comp, I just put one on my 9500-9700

I use an old slot hsf for my ramsinks. The one i am about to cut up has a 1/4" thick base with 2" high fins!!! It is going to be insane, i will post picks when i am done

I have been watching the "for sale" section of about 6 forums and ebay for the last 2 months, and I am yet to see one unfortunately. I will keep looking though.
