Aquatuning and answering e-mails

How long does it usually take for Aquatuning to answer e-mails? I sent an e-mail two days ago after they failed to answer the first one the week before, and I still have no answer.

There's a whole bunch of stuff I'd like to buy from them, but I need to know the procedures for cross-Atlantic shipping/ordering, or if they even ship to Canada. Or if they even understand English.

I'm usually patient with this stuff and would wait up to a month for answers, but I don't want to keep virtualrain waiting either

The store is closed in the weekends, and with the time difference between Canada and Germany, it's more likely that they received your mail during the weekend.
Patience, I'd say. They probably answer your mail within the next 24/48 hours.
