    I just love this!

I live in the US and can't get this mobo so I've been contacting European suppliers and friend for the last two weeks to see if I could get one shipped to me. So far without any luck, I might add (or at least without having to pay in excess of $130 USD.

My thoughts were to match it up with some BH-5 or TCCD and then to see what I could get out of all of my old AGP cards (GF500, Ti4200, Ti4600, R9500, R9700, R9800, 6800 Ultra, X800 Pro). I was going to have to settle for an E4400, though, or wait to see if it would support an E4500 when they come out in Qtr #3, since it too, has the 11 multiplier.

I've got a copy of that 5:4 modded BIOS just waiting for an opportunity to be used...just need the dang board.

    Nice job.

Since I haven't been able to find the ConRoe865 mobo, I've got a 4Core on the way.

I'll have to make my way over to that thread and get up to speed on these boards.

The 5th and 6th ones listed have the "div_5_4" and "div_1_1" in their names. They are the 5:4 and the 1:1 versions, respectively. That 5:4 should just about be perfect.

This thread is a little bit of background for the modded BIOS.

By the way...if anyone can help me locate one of these boards at a reasonable price, I sure would be appreciative. I know that shipping and exchange rates make that a hard proposition, but I figure it doesn't hurt to ask. Maybe when one of you guys gets tired of playing with yours you can send me a PM and perhaps we can work something out (thru the Classifieds, of course ).

Force BSEL to 800 strap and you will probably see all the dram ratio's. I have a feeling the board is forcing a predetermined ratio for the memory dependant on what BSEL strap it see's...so 1067 would probably give 3:2 or maybe 5:4 with no 1:1. So, all you need do is force 800 strap on the CPU and all options shouyld show up..in theory anyway
Got a problem with your OCZ product....?

These POS assrock boards are most popular over here. 50% of budget PC built with core2duo use this board due to cheap board cost.
