Any one ever contacted Lian Li?

I want another Lian Li PC343B top which I'm willing to pay for

They (Lian Li) have a support section on Hexus forums but they don't seem to post much.

Another idea is to ask Microplex.no if they know how I can get one, as they designed the case. Yet I don't speak Norwegian, and can't contact them via the site So any Norwegian people could help out there too if possible?

Any other ways people have contacted them? Reports from Google indicates after sale customer support his bad

Hank down there is a sweetheart IMO..Try emailing tomorrow during business hours..First time I emailed him he replied in app 10 minutes..

This was a few weeks ago about their Vinyl dye service, I wanted to know if they could do it to a Lian Li plastic I/O port.

I've ordered off Performance-Pc's loads of times as we have nothing like that in the UK here. I currently have a custom braided SilverStone PSU being done by them so I found it weird that I had no reply from them. Previous dealings were great.
