    I've have 10 939 dc AMD and none ran cooler then the any of the 6 c2d's I've had. I am not sure what the 3600 I have is running at because the mb reads nuts on the temps.

    I would say the hottest of the hot, hot, hot were the opteron 150's and higher sc chips. I had two 180's and they were not as hot as the 150 I had,

    ^^^ I think he's referring to the quad core Intel chip which does run super hot. Not the regular C2D dual core.
