Need some help 939/A8N32 and X2900XT

hey all I dont post here much but I just thought Id ask for some help.

I have the following setup

Opteron 165
Asus A8N32 SLI Deluxe
Saphire X2900XT
2gigs Adata pc3200

cpu is set at 2.88ghz
fsb 320x9
sb to nb frequency 200
pcie frequency 100
peg link auto
all overvoltage disabled

memory is set to 133 which gives about 204mhz

X2900XT is set to 850/1000 on air

My scores are as follows

05 15,4xx
03 37,447
01 37,xxx


you guys feel this is a mobo problem, cpu, memory, or gc problem??

If you need more info please ask.

any help or advice or even a point in the right direction to another thread or forum that might be able to help will be greatly appreciated.

uhm those scores look good to me, considering the weak cpu and ram.
