I bit on this deal after seeing the low price. However I would like to note. Buy.com lately has gone to crap, and their customer service and inventory is terrible. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with them last time because they apparently like listing out of stock items as in stock. They then make you wait a week and don't give you a tracking number. All that followed by a 2 hour wait to connection to INDIA for them to tell me that the item is on backorder. I vouched to never shop with them again after the last incident. I guess this deal gives them one more chance .

Why does everybody believe that the 640MB version will come near this price?? The cheapest card you can get now with 512MB GDDR3 is a 1950PRO at newegg for about $240. Given this information it seems highly unlikely that 640MB GDDR3 will got for this low paired with a 8800GTS.
