For me it's a toss up between this and the P965-s DARK from DFI. Which ever has the highest performance numbers at a given frequency and highest overclockability (not talking FSBx6) at a high multiplier will be the one I get.

It looks damn sexy though, prefer these colours to the Ultra-D yellow.

Sweet looking board and very impressive results.
+2 for dumping the hard mounted com and lpt ports!!
I may have to reconsider my position to NEVER buy anything engineered by nvidia again.
Will hold off for long-term stabilty and all-around quirkiness results though
    Currently messing with:
    Intel DP55SB Sharpsberg
    i7-860 (stock) under a Zalman CNPS-8700NT cooler
    4x4GB Corsair Vengence @ 1600
XFX Radeon 5850 Black Edition (765, 1125 stock)
Mushkin Chronos DX 240GB and 1.5 TB WD Black
Powered by a Seasonic X-650 and stuffed into a Silverstone GD05 case

I really like that northbridge heatsink.

    Definitely innovative right there.

Im sad however that they moved away from nippon chemcon caps to nichicon.

Andre, do you know why they are moving away from nippon chemcon KZG type caps to cheaper nichicon?

I don't know about caps changed. Maybe it's cost down and save price.

Thanks for pics n results Andre. Board looks sweet too.
Although i seriously feel DFI should give a thought to changing their color scheme now.
Maybe we see something interesting in their upcoming boards ???

Oh and btw just a small doubt, how much of an important role is the BIOS going to play here ?
Sorry for the dumb question :P

Does the included heat pipe cooler really work, or is it just to show off?

Worked perfect. If I use original heat sink, it would be hard to oc FSB 500. NV C55 chipset is too hot.

For color question, DFI told me AMD LP series used yellow and Intel LP series used orange.

I have no idea about BIOS. That is Oskar Wu's secret. He always produced excellent BIOS to us.
