According to EVGA, It wasn't working as well as they had anticipated, .....what ever they meant by that!?
You can read this statement over @ the EVGA Bios Blog......

Is it more difficult (or impossible) to overclock ram when you are running that much or all 4 slots?

As long as all sticks are identical there shouldn't be any issues for OCing the RAM,

    Actually a nice looking package.

But I'm more concerned about what the board has to offer than I am about the box.

I hope it gets released soon.

it is harder to get a higher FSB overclock when you go beyond 2 sticks...the limitation is really going to be any one of the four sticks not cooperating...all it takes is one stick to drag the whole system, proverbially, down!...andre mentioned those sticks are bought in pairs so you know at least two should be matched up...but even that can be a problem...for example, i bought a pair of Dominators DDR1142...the original pair had one stick that would stop at around DDR1000 speed while the other went right up to DDR1142...the replacement pair worked as advertised.

How many people are going to buy a Q6600 in a couple of weeks (after the price drop) and are considering this board?

I'm one. If it can't clock a Q6600 as well as the EVGA A1, then it's not for me.

Hey Andre, would you say the DFI or the Abit 680i-Board is the better Choice?

Does OCZ Flex run on the EVGA 680i?
