What are the requirements for becoming an X.I.P.?

Don't think that way. Some of the greatest movies are way over 30 years old.
Try and get a copy of Lost Horizon(1937) or Lawrence of Arabia(1962)
Lost Horizon has missing minutes where all you get is sound.
The nitrates they used in making the film corodded the film over the years and in some cases they opened the film reels and found just dust.

i will try to get them both but don't expect me to watch them before June ,,,,,,,,, i have enjoyed few classical movies (mainly action and comedy ) but nothing that old ,,,,,,,, you know what teenagers like ("he Good, the Bad and the Ugly" , "God father") ,,,, anyway will C

Omar Sharif!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think i have seen parts of this movie on TV few years back (when i was 14-15),,,,,,,,,,,,,, usually they broadcast that movie once a year (both English and Arabic versions at the same time) ,,, i think i will catch both this year

So, what would I have to accomplish in order to become an X.I.P.? I've seen many X.I.P.'s with small post counts and some with huge post counts so I'm going to assume it has nothing to do with that. Really, I just want to become more involved.

Hell yes I would! Let me tell you this quick story: I worked for a locally owned auto parts store in West Palm Beach for 8 years, the first year I worked there just to "prove" myself to everyone, and then I realized to myself that I am better and more confident with what I do here then the freaking manager (who was my neighbor at the time ) After going the first year and not getting anything close to a raise in pay, I went to my manager and said, WTH, i've been here a year, sell over $62,000 worth of inventory a month alone, I get no commission, and my base pay is terrible, what can we do? I walked out from the office gaining $2.00 extra an hour, and 2% commission every month. So Yes, I would go to my boss and say "when can I get a promotion" However, I may have been lucky as my boss and I get along very well.
