Abit QuadGT Won't Power On

Just got my QuadGT and I cannot get it to boot. I have all the power connections plugged up, the 8 pin, 4 pin molex, 24pin, along with the PCIe on my 7900GTO. The POST LED is displaying 0.0. and the VFSB LED is on indicating there is power to the board. The ezCMOS switch is in the normal position and I haven't touched any other jumpers, is there a setting somewhere that I am missing that keeps the board from firing up? It doesn't respond to either a switch on the headers or the pwr/rst buttons by the LED. Hardware is below, any help would be appreciated.
2x1GB Crucial 10th Anniversary sticks, boots just fine off 1.8 volts
7900GTO
Xeon3040, booted just fine in my DS3
300GB Seagate 7200.10
OCZ GameXStream 700watt
Intel Box cooler (didn't want to break this thing in on phase )

err strange, just reconnected everything and it powers on fine. Mods feel free to delete this thread.
