Does anyone know/have experience what are safe temperatures for DDR2 memory chips?
Increasing voltage rises temperature and I don't have any intentions to add own cooling for memory (I target for high performance without much noise) so that would be nice to know.
Multimeter has temperature probe so I can easily measure temperature of them, OCZs even have these heatspreaders whose holes allow measuring temperature nearly directly from top of memory chips.
