2 GB of 800 ram and a 4600 retail for $233.98 shipped. Last year just for a 4600 939 was almost twice that amount.

Wow, $120 for 2GB of DDR-800. This is a new low, except in a good way.

I meant the CPU's would be free after rebate. The ram can only go so low.

i would buy ram now. since i dont believe ddr2 will drop below 50$ a gig.. i mean

100~ for a 2gb kit. is dirt cheap . even compared to a year or two ago. when lowest DDR hit was around 60$ a gig.

you can buy 4gb for the price of 1 set of "performance" ram
    Intel Core Duo T2500
    Aopen 945GMt-FA
    2x1GB Transcend DDR2-667
    2.5" Fujitsu 80gb SATA
    Slim DVDRW
    Istar S3

Only get free shipping. BTW - That is a fun little board. Too bad it was going into to a SFF for a client because it had a lot of OC in it.

Perhaps, but by q1 08 they'd have fallen back even more than today, at the onset of ddr3.
