    An Ugly Case?

    Well... Maybe..

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129021

It's an ugly duckling though! I've never seen it go over 2c above ambient, and it's so quiet I actually have to look at it sometimes to make sure it's on (all fans on low)........... I think it's the 200mm Ceiling fan that helps....

I'm not spamming, but when I buy something I really like, I like to tell people about it...

    Here's mine:

    AMD FX-8350 (1237 PGN) | Asus Crosshair V Formula (bios 1703) | G.Skill 2133 CL9 @ 2230 9-11-10 | Sapphire HD 6870 | Samsung 830 128Gb SSD / 2 WD 1Tb Black SATA3 storage | Corsair TX750 PSU
    Watercooled ST 120.3 & TC 120.1 / MCP35X XSPC Top / Apogee HD Block | WIN7 64 Bit HP | Corsair 800D Obsidian Case

First Computer: Commodore Vic 20 (circa 1981).

Good case, i don't think it's ugly... with a few mods and lighting it would get very beautiful.
What are those two black circles on the back(inside)?

Honestly the only real problem I had with the antec 900 which swayed me to get the cm690 was the power supply had to be mounted upside down........they could have made a fan cutout on the base to allow fresh air in out like the cm690.........That and if the fan ever died it would be a pita to get a replacement......

its not ugly, I've had the pleasure of using it for a client build
the fan on the side panel could interfere with a lot of things like an interior 120mm rad where the exhaust is and wiring is a PITA...

the huge fan up top really keeps things cool and is very quiet
so overall, for the price, its not bad

Compared to other blingy cases it's quite tasteful.
"Shake off all the fears of servile prejudices, under which weak minds are servilely crouched. Fix reason firmly in her seat, and call on her tribunal for every fact, every opinion. Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear."

I have to agree,I built a system for one of my friends and he requested for this case for it's ventilation (dunno why,Tagan El Diablo seems better IMO at this)
Anyway it's an ugly case + it has a cheap feeling atleast the fron,I liked this one better and it's cheaper too.

The 900 isn't the prettiest thing around, but its' strength lies in function over form. It is a cooling/ventilation monster. My biggest b*tch with it is with the lack of depth. There is little room to work with in routing cables, etc.

But I really like mine. Both of them. Ya just can't beat the breeze!

I just wait til they go on sale for $69 or $79, at Fry's and pick another one up. Its' like paying for a couple of fans and a little more for the enclosure...

How about this for an ugly case?

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...37;2bPropeller

XClio Propeller. $60, I got it at $50 with free shipping. The "wart" on the side is a bit ugly, though the fan's completely worth it. Plus, I can fit my Infinity in it (though I'm running @ 3GHz on stock)
