Very low data sizes normally indicate some serious networking error, ie very high number of failures - I am going to add automatic detection of these into server next week because it is no good situation - I do appreciate it can happen due to failure of something rather than intentional manipulation, just want to catch those failures automatically so that urls are not wasted
