    DS3 Questions

The multi for the E4300 drops to 6x when the CPU is idle and 9x under load.

I have turned EIST off in the bios, so don't understand why it is still doing it.

    Board Rev 3.3

    Bios Rev. F10.

I don't know which revision my board is but it has the C2 NB. With the F8i bios I disable all the thermal throttling features within the bios, I haven't used F10 since I have heard it clocks D9 worse than F8i which already clocks terribly. Can't say I have ever seen my DS3 adjust the multiplier but I don't think it's had a day in it's life where all the thermal stuff was enabled. I think there is a sleepstate function in the bios you'll also want to disable, can't turn mine off right now to play around in the bios but there is a section with all the processor options, I just turn everything off
