    same settings, no tweak,fresh xp.

    SPi 32M I'm not remember exactly, but surely more than 10sec.

    with am2... i forget the exact speed i was running things at but here's how varying amounts of ram affect performance at identical settings

    Code:
    # Channels	Amount		1M
    dual		2x1gb		28.547
    single		2x1gb		28.641
    single		1x1gb		29.125
    dual		4x512mb		28.547
    dual		2x512mb		29
    single		2x512mb		29.11
    single		1x512mb		29.516
    Got a fan over those memory sticks? No? Well get to it before you kill them

    I remember I did a little comparison a while ago, benching SPi32M and dualSPi32M with 2x512, 2x1GB and 4x1GB on your motherboard (P5B Deluxe). Let me dig it out...

    EDIT: There, "Benching 16/32M/dual32M on P5B Dx/C2D --> 1GB vs 2GB vs 4GB compared!". I hope it helps a bit...

    EDIT2: I'll move this thread to "Xtreme Pi", if you don't mind...
