Purchasing help: Asus P5N32-SLI, P5N-E SLI, P5B-Deluxe(again) ?

Hello guys, it is time for me to leave US, and for warranty reasons I am going to re-purchase a new motherboard for my rig.

Now I need some questions answered by you pros:

1) P5N-E SLI I believe is running on 650i chipset, and only support two 8x SLI, does the 8x post a limitation if I am running 8800GTS SLI? Is this a good motherboard ? I am only looking at 400-450Mhz FSB for overclocking.

2) I am running the P5B-Deluxe, great board. But does this board runs Quadcore prefectly? i might want to re-purchase this board again.

3) Does the P5N32-SLI runs 4 x 1GB properly? What other issues should I take note of from the rig I have below?

I need this questions answered so I can choose properly my next motherboard.

The boards are about similar no matter where in the world right? To be exact Singapore.

Actually my largest concern is P5N32-SLI with 4GB of ram, will it be a problem?
