    680i - Speed or Timings?

I just made the move to a 680i setup, and I'm working out my overclock still. I was just curious, what will give bigger performance gains, tighter timings or overall speed? My ram is rated at 1066, but I can run it lower with much tighter timings.

    Any info is appreciated.

Thanks for the replies, guys! Looks like I'll try to tighten up my timings.

I have these sticks running link/sync at 4-4-4-11 / 900mhz right now. I'll see how much I can tweak out of them.

Speed makes the most difference. Running T1 or T2 makes a significant impact too, but the other timings not that much when compared to raw bandwidth.

Even if you have to set it to T2, you can usually gain a high enough speed to outperform the highest reachable speed with T1.
