I love my XBX2, although I haven't played with any others. Maintenance BIOS mode is nice for overclocking gone awry. Stable up to 380mhz on the FSB with the quad. Handles 4 X 1GB sticks at good speeds no problem. Only complaint is the issues with the marvel sata controller, which are well publicized.

XP32 and Vista 64bit so far working good.

AW9D MAX has lots of issues but it is very good for vdroop, and from what I've seen is very good for kentsfield.

Can't answer that yet. When I get the h20 system setup ill be pushing alot more volts. It does have an option (cant remember of the top of my head) that allows for higher current loads to the CPU in the bios config.

Theres a HUGE thread that discusses alot of this, do a in thread search for vdrop for specifics.

    Power slope.

When I use power slope on my XBX2 with QX6700 at 3.8Ghz and 1.55V I get 1.53V at ful load.

Nope, maxes out around 300-310MHz fsb and when adjusting the multiplier, only 2 of the 4 cores are affected, the other two always stay @10x.
    Same with the IN9-32 MAX.

Don't buy Abit motherboards if you have a Quad.

XBX2 will be the best quad 975 board.

Really, if you are not running crossfire, just get a 965 board like the commando...

If you are talking about quad core, I have seen people get 380, myself with some various mch and fsb voltage I can only get 360. I haven't put too much effort into it though.
