    Black Viper is back.

I'm sure you all remember the site to goto for Windows service information and tweaking back at the end of the 90's and the start of the 00's. He disappeared a couple years ago and took his site with him.

Well, Black Viper has restored his site and says he's working to update it with Vista info.

Nice fella, I've learned some goos tips on win services from him, even mentioned about it my thread:

WARNING! Do NOT use "msconfig" to disable services, type "services.msc" in the Run box instead!

The reason is because with msconfig and Hardware Profiles, you can disable services that may be vital to boot your system. With the management console (services.msc) you cannot. Also, msconfig, while unchecking the box, is disabling the service.

The "Disable All" button also scares me. It should not even be there as no reason exists to justify disabling "everything." (a good advice originally by BlackViper)
One more thing (which I just found out ), he loves kittens (has 3 of them), so guess he would be much appreciated by user from this forums, since most of you or obsess with your kitties.

I liked his site to back in the day. I like his site layout, no bull just information, haha. It's weird here at XS everyone seems to like him, but at [H] I remember reading threads about how people hate him and he's a fraud, lol.
