Can someone help me with a download manager?

My internet here at school is terrible so about every hour i become disconnted, meaning every time i try and download anything that takes longer then an hour (which everything does, because i only get 15kb/s) it will time out and i have to start over.

Is there some sort of low wieght download manager that will let me resume downloads? I hate all my progress just gets deleted every time my internet goes on the fritz.

I have tried many. And finally I rested on the one with the least amount of bugs:

I was using Download Studio, and it was great. If they could only fix some of those annoying bugs I would buy it. IDA works with Flashget too (for firefox).

I see what I see, and you see what you see. I can't make you see what I see, but I can tell you what I see is not what you see. Truth is, we see what we want to see, and what we want to see is what those around us see. And what we don't see is... well, conspiracies.
