how to determine ic on kvr667?

Any idea what kvr667 is? I've got a single sided 512mb stick. Looks to be a square bga style packaging. writing on ic has been erased and custom writing by kingston put on.

edit: They look like they could be some sort of lower bin d9, but results seem to show differently. Best I'm able to do is around 2.15v 800 5-4-4-4-13 4-35-3-10-10-10-8-10-4. They don't seem to respond to more voltage that well, which leads me to think that they're not d9's. I can't get them to post at 900 even with 2.35v and 6-6-6-18. Obviously, I'm not expecting much from these, as they're holdover modules while I get my d9's rma'ed, but I just figured if they were d9's, they should do better. Thanks

update: looks like it was memset that didn't take kindly to dropping cas from 5 to 4. when vdimm set to 2.25v in bios and 4-4-4-12, it posted. now doing memtest in windows again. passed superpi 1m 18.4sec.

Kingston uses a wide variety of ICs on their ValueRAM modules, with more or less similar writings on them.
A picture's worth more than a thousand words. You could also compare the ICs to one of these. Physical properties don't lie.

thanks for the post. I should have taken a picture before putting them in, but my batteries need to be charged (doing so right now). I did jot down all the writing on there though, as posted above. The packaging is more of a square bga style, which eliminates a lot of them.

recalling from memory (no pun intended), the format appears to be similar to the hynix modules. Although I thought tariffs were real high on those, so I'd imagine it probably isn't that?

edit: eek. just failed memtest @ 4-4-4. oh well
