hmm...Wouldn't this have problems with alot of cases since when you put it on there's no longer any room for an exhaust fan.

Consiquently, on the other side of the coin for the other sex, a different cooler... well "coolers" really, surprised me recently. Its these two made by ZEROtherm, that are being sold over at NewEgg below:
ZEROtherm BTF95 CPU Cooler
ZEROtherm BTF90 92mm Silent UFO CPU Cooler
According to THIS review for the BTF90 and THIS review for the BTF95, they are infact on par with the heaviest condenders like the Sythe Ninja and the Sunbeamtech Tuniq.
Drawback? Well... anyone with a e-shlong is going to be extremely reluctant to put one in his case... unless he likes other e-shlongs. LOL
Back when nVidia was using that sexy butterfly chick avatar for their marketing campain, this probably would have sold better.
But there's no way in hell I'm putting a girly butterfly in my manly rig.
