What is the temp of your water after the pump before the tec at that 20c CPU reading?

You were at 20C, now -6 (congrads pimpman!). :-) What did you change to get the better temp, or is that at startup?

Do you still get up to 20C under load?

And do you know what your water temp is as it hits the hot side of the pelt under full load?

Also, your running the 8rda? Does your CPU temp diplay on your digital readout on the MB?

well i upgraded the cooling a lil bit and slapped in a chiller AKA §§§§ load of ice! basically 0cwater hittin the hot side of the tec! i hit -10 with stock settins i was at like 2c at full load at 2.8

That explains it. Too bad we can't always use ice, but you can use it to get stable for you high-frequency mad onion runs.

I'm liking chong345s freezer/pelt combo better and better, but I can't afford the bigger house with enough extra space in it to make the wife say "OK". Maybe I'll hit the lotto...

I saw a posting where a dude was getting 17C wtih a single radiator and that 462 Swifty/pelt combo. I think he was in NY, and it is 55F there now...

pimp, if you were asking me on temps, stock temps are -4c idle and 2c load on the cpu, and 0c idle/11c load on the gpu. overclocked to 2600mhz w/ 2v on the cpu its 15c/25c and the gpu @ 610 core 12/26c.

i need to cool the mem on the 5800 U better as it runs damn hot with just the tweak sinks on there... or just put the 9700 pro back in, but i have to rig up the probe to take core temps for that...

not chilled yet...still trying to decide which way im gonna chill the h20. i was really trying to have it semi-portable, but i do want to chill the water since it heats up pretty good...

i am betting its my ambient temps...even tho im in jersey, it hasnt gotten to hot yet, but im sure as the ambient temps go up, so will my system temps...

Not got any pics of my setups, but i do have a home made direct hotside cooling block i made a fair few months back. Its a 172watt tec and some copper, it averaged 9degrees unloaded cpu temps with ambient water @ 1.9v on a 2500mhz tbred 'b'

Its got insulation on it now ill post some more pics once i get setup in my new house.... Its going to relegated to gpu once my direct die phase change is setup...

Bought the upper reciever on the internet the lower reciever locally. Anyone can buy the upper. The lower you must be 18 and go through a background check at the gun dealer to actually purchase it. Method because you live in CA you can't OWN one

haha in texas you can own any kind of gun it seems. i know many people with extensive gun collections. its a little scary sometimes when someone shows you their collection, you hope that they are all together mentally becasue you are standing in a pile of THEIR guns. i am always nice to people with guns like that. i have 3 guns, an over-under 12 gauge, a pump 12gauge, and a semi auto 22 cal rifle. i would like to look into a pistol someday, maybe a glock 20 or a .357 magnum.

if you are in the right state and you have the right permits, the full auto version is perfectly legal -- as are silenced or suppressed weapons. I have been looking at the mp5s lately... I need one of those in the collection and soon.

Yea if you want full-auto you need to go through a bunch of paper work. Pay the $200 tax stamp. Buy the gun. Wait months just so you can go pick up your Class 3 Firearm. Once its all done..thats when the fun starts
