I'll probably wait till summer to hook it all back up. At the moment my mobo is dead yet again.... Mom managed to knock my 17in trintron off the top of my case and onto my mobo that was on my floor. Cracked montior though it works and one busted 8RDA.

What kinda temp´s are you getting with your 226watt pelt on the AMD? Both IDLE and Full load....
Ocbench*
Right now with 23C in the room and 1.85V:
Idle:~ core=6 diode=10
Load:~ core=14 diode=12
I only booted at 1.5V once running at 13.5*133 and for maybe 15 minutes and I remember the core temp showed -11 "idle"

IMHO your temps will depend upon how well you cool your water loop, and of course what processor and what voltages you use.
I have seen people claim 12C under load with that block, and that was in a cool environment with similar flow (20C ambient, 2 big heater cores with 100+cfm over them).
The real answer is "I dunno". It should work well for you as long as you are not adding a GPU TEC. If you do you might need more radiating space.
And my setup is different because I don't trust TEC's so I run a cold loop/hot loop setup which is a bit different from direct pelting.
In direct pelting you run a bigger risk of catasrophic CPU or GPU heat in event of a pelt failure, where a dual loop system adds some redundancies. (Although such failures are rare).

mdzcpa,
That's the kind of failure that gives me nightmares! My sympathies to you and yours.
Pimpso, the pics I posted above show my converted dell chassis/pump house that contains the pelt sandwich, an Iwaki IW-30 Pump, and an antec PS-510. (Silver, lower right, with the lan-li aluminum dual temp monitor.)
Inside I have insulated the cold hoses with rudimentary insulation (a couple layers of paper towels surrounded by aluminum foil, in fact, knowing I'm tearing the system apart in the next week to add blocks and another pelt. I’ll do a proper job of it next week.).
The pelt sandwich is tucked away in the space normally occupied by 5.25" drives, so there is not much to show there.
The sandwich is insulated everywhere it touches air with neoprene (Dr. Shoals around the pelts, old wetsuit for the rest), and then wrapped in duct tape for good measure.
So I figure I'll diagram it for you here for illustrative purposes (sorry 'bout the crappy out of scale drawing), and then I'll post a pic of most of the parts I used before they all got hidden away:
The three smaller pumps are the Maxijet 1200 (295GPH). The radiators are 10.5x 5.5 x 2 heater cores with dual 76CFM fans sucking/blowing in parallel through both cores, 2 per box, for a total of four.
The big pump is for the cold loop and is the Iwaki mag drive capable of ~500 GPH with 17.1 Feet of head. Flow is split into two at the computer to run by the Whitewater CPU Clock for the CPU, and the Gemini Spral block for the GPU.
A seperate ambient air-cooled loop (not shown!) is running by my Northbridge and by my R9700's memory for water cooling there without condensation worries, and to apply the cold where I see benefits from better temps.
I did not illustrate the pelts, which are in between each of the three blocks, cold sides applied to the center block on each side.
And here are the guts and blocks.
Good info there zippyc.
For the most part TEC failures are very rare indeed. My "accident" was caused from my own stupidity. I passed on having the TEC PSU relayed (even though I had a relay just sitting in my desk drawer). So, when the temp spiked beyond what I had ever expected it to hit one night while I was sleeping, the system shutdown....but not the TEC I awoke to a wonderful smell.
Anyway, that kind of disaster really is easily avoided. You can either set up the system like you have, or just make sure you have judicious use of relays and temp monitoring. My pump and TEC PSU are now run through relays, so everything is either on, or off, together. Turning on the system is a one button affair. That in conjunction with good MBM alarm and shutdown, and the use of back up BIOS shutdowns, has the system 100% bullet proof. She's been trouble free running 24/7 for nine months now.
Too bad I had to learn the hard way. That XP 2200 and KX7 were no more than a few days old at the time Oh well...live and learn

The relays are powered by the regular system ATX power supply. When the PSU is powered on (system booted) the relay circuit is "closed" and powers up whatever you have connected through the relay.
I run a relay on my TEC PSU, and my water pump.
You can see how I hooked them up in my Quiet Power TEC Upgrade Article .
