addresses RAM as a hard drive for super fast access time with a serial ATA interface. the last link shows four of the units in RAID 0. ..would suck if your hard drive failed memtest :P

the one there is a limited to ATA66 speeds... so it's pretty much junk...Just ordered 1 to test...
I saw a review of it, and it was only doing about 16 mbs for a transfer rate.

nothing can beat iram ! it s the only system which use 100% of sata
